Using this website
This website is operated by JAWS AI. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information, not an offer
Content on this website is general information about our services. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your situation, and it isn’t an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any work we do — including its scope, price, timeline and responsibilities — is set out in a separate written proposal and agreement that you approve before work begins.
What we do and don’t promise
We build AI and automation for specific, agreed workflows. Whether something can be built depends on the tools involved, the access they allow, third-party costs and the decisions you want people to keep. We don’t guarantee particular results, savings, revenue, response times or search rankings, and nothing on this site is a promise that a specific project is possible before we’ve scoped it with you.
The free AI audit
The free 30-minute AI audit is a conversation about one of your workflows. It doesn’t create an obligation for either of us, and it isn’t a full technical specification, security assessment or implementation. Observations shared on the call are general and depend on the information you provide.
Demonstrations and examples
Demonstrations, workflow examples and screenshots on this site use fictional businesses and data. They show the kind of work we do; they aren’t client projects, results or promises of specific outcomes. Buttons in demonstrations (such as “Approve & send”) only change the example on your screen and never send anything. Demonstrations may change or be removed at any time.
Your submissions
When you contact us, book a call, register for a referral link or introduce a business, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. Please don’t submit passwords, payment details or confidential customer records. If you share someone else’s contact details, you confirm they agreed to be contacted.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, or access it in ways we haven’t provided.
- Don’t submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or other people’s information without permission.
- Don’t use automated tools to submit forms, register for referral links or book meetings.
Intellectual property
The JAWS AI name, logo and the content of this site belong to JAWS AI or are used with permission. Company names and logos in the “Past work from our development team” section belong to their owners; they show work our development team delivered outside JAWS AI and don’t mean those companies are JAWS AI clients or endorse us. You may view and link to our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content or branding without permission.
Third-party services
Scheduling is provided by Calendly and audit calls take place on Google Meet. Links and embedded services from other providers are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and we aren’t responsible for their content or availability.
Referral program
Referrals are governed by the separate referral terms.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t give warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JAWS AI isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
