Referral terms

1. Taking part

• You can introduce a business by email (copying luke@getjawsai.com), by sharing a personal referral link, or — once it’s switched on — through the introduction form on the referrals page.
• Personal links are issued to individuals and JAWS AI clients who ask for one (currently by email) and accept these terms. A link is sent to the person asking only once it has been issued; if an email address is already registered, the link goes to that address only.
• Larger or ongoing partner arrangements are agreed separately in writing before any introduction. A partner registration is reviewed first and doesn’t receive a link automatically.
• Share someone’s contact details only if they’ve agreed to be contacted.

2. Which introductions qualify

• The business must be a new prospect — not already an active opportunity with JAWS AI when you introduce them.
• The first documented qualifying introduction of a business receives credit. If more than one person introduces the same business, or the record is unclear, we review it and tell you the outcome.
• A referral link or code records who sent a visitor. Clicks, visits and bookings are evidence of an introduction, never proof that a reward has been earned.
• Submitting an introduction doesn’t guarantee the business will become a client.

3. The reward

If the business you introduced becomes a client, you earn 10% of that client’s first project’s eligible implementation fees actually collected. There is no cap.

• Eligible fees are the implementation fees for the client’s first project that the client actually pays.
• Not included: taxes; refunded amounts; third-party or pass-through costs that are itemized separately (for example, software licences or usage charges passed through at cost); recurring maintenance, support, usage or renewals; and any later project — unless agreed separately in writing.

4. When the reward is paid

• The reward becomes payable once the first project is both completed and fully paid.
• We pay within 30 days after both of those conditions are met.
• An unresolved dispute about the project or its payment, a refund or a chargeback pauses payment until it’s resolved; the reward is then based on the fees finally kept.
• Every reward is reviewed and approved by JAWS AI before it is paid. Nothing is paid automatically.
• We may ask for the information we need to pay you and to meet tax-reporting obligations.

5. Status and privacy

You can ask about the status of your introductions at any time. We tell you about your own introductions only, we never publish referrers or the businesses they introduce, and we never confirm to anyone whether a particular email address is registered.

6. Fair use

• Introductions must be genuine. Don’t send unsolicited bulk messages, make claims about JAWS AI we haven’t made, or register or introduce on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
• You’re not an employee, agent or partner of JAWS AI and can’t make commitments on our behalf.
• We may decline introductions or end participation for misuse.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for future introductions. Introductions already documented stay under the terms that applied when they were made.
