Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy is effective October 8, 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by JAWS AI (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, email luke@getjawsai.com.
Information you give us
- Booking a free AI audit. The scheduling form on our booking pages is provided by Calendly. What you enter there — your name, email and the other details the form asks for, such as phone, business name or notes — is collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold and prepare for the meeting.
- Questions, referral-link requests and business introductions (by email). The online contact, referral-registration and introduction forms aren’t switched on; these pages ask you to email us instead. We receive whatever you include — typically your name, business, email and/or phone, what you’d like help with, and for referrals whether you’re an individual, a JAWS AI client or a business partner, and the business you’re introducing. Please share someone else’s details only with their agreement. If we switch the online forms on, we’ll update this policy before they go live.
- Email, calls and meetings. Anything you send us by email or tell us on a call or video meeting.
Please don’t send passwords, payment card details, health information, government ID numbers or confidential customer records through this website.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us (session storage). When you arrive, the page stores the first page you visited, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link (such as
utm_source) and any referral code, in your browser’s session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab. When the booking calendar loads, the campaign tags, the name of the website that sent you, the page you started on and any referral code are passed to Calendly as tracking details, so they’re stored with your booking and we know how you found us. - Booking confirmation screen (session storage). A short-lived note (a random identifier, a time, the booking page and whether the celebration played) lets the next-steps page show that your booking went through. It expires after six hours and holds no personal details.
- Display preferences (local storage). If you switch on “Reduce motion” in the footer, that choice is remembered in your browser until you switch it off or clear your browser data.
- Server and security logs. Our website hosting provider, Vercel, records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site, and limits repeated requests to our form endpoints by IP address. If a request reaches those endpoints, our own code uses only a short-lived, one-way-hashed form of your IP address for the same purpose.
Cookies, tracking and “Do Not Track”
Our own pages don’t set cookies, and we don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.
The booking calendar is embedded from Calendly, a third-party service, and appears only on our booking pages. When it loads, Calendly runs its own technologies inside the calendar — for security, bot protection, payments, error reporting, product analytics and advertising measurement (in our checks these included services such as Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA, Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment and the Meta pixel) — and may set cookies. These are controlled by Calendly, not by us, and may collect information about your activity over time and across websites. Calendly may show its own cookie banner, and its privacy notice explains its choices. If you’d rather not load the calendar, email us and we’ll arrange a time by email.
Our own site doesn’t track visitors across other websites, so it doesn’t change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Calendly’s response to those signals is described in its privacy notice.
Demonstrations
The receptionist, follow-up desk and other examples on this site use fictional companies and data. They run in your browser and don’t send what you click or type to us. If we add a live demonstration provided by a third party, we’ll describe it here before it goes live.
How we use information
- To reply to you, schedule and hold your audit, prepare for it, and prepare a proposal if there’s a fit.
- To confirm your booking — for example, a short personal phone call or email from Luke during business hours.
- To run the referral program: issuing referral links, reviewing introductions and working out whether one qualifies under the referral terms.
- To keep records of our conversations, agreements and referral decisions, and to protect the website against misuse.
No marketing without your separate agreement. We don’t use booking, form or referral details to send marketing emails or texts, and we don’t place automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. Giving your phone number to book or ask a question is not permission for that kind of marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, for the purposes above:
- scheduling (Calendly) and video meetings (Google Meet);
- email (Google Workspace), where we receive and keep requests, introductions and referral correspondence;
- website hosting (Vercel).
If we start using a separate customer-records system for requests, bookings or referrals, we’ll add it here.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you introduce a business, we tell them who introduced them only if you allow it. We never publish referrers or the businesses they introduce, and we never reveal whether an email address is registered for a referral link.
How long we keep it
Information in your browser is kept for the times described above. Information we receive is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above — including keeping business, tax and referral-payment records — and then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information
Email luke@getjawsai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us contacting you. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm it’s you. We may keep information we need to meet legal obligations, such as tax records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them where they apply.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections, limited access and keeping access keys off the public website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and describe material changes there.
