Getting ready for your AI audit
If you’ve booked your free 30-minute AI audit, here’s how to prepare. If you haven’t booked yet, you can pick a time any time.
After you book
Check your email
Calendly sends the meeting invitation to the email you used. If it isn’t there, check spam or promotions — and make sure the time shows in your own time zone.
Accept the invitation if you like
Accepting adds the meeting to your calendar, which helps. It isn’t a second booking step — your time is already reserved.
A short call from Luke
Luke will reach out by phone, using the number you gave when booking, as soon as practical during business hours to briefly confirm and prepare.

What happens during the free AI audit?
What we cover in 30 minutes, and what happens after.
- It’s a 30-minute Google Meet about one workflow in your business — for example how new inquiries are answered, how proposals are followed up, or a task your office repeats every day.
- We look at how it runs today, where it slows down and what might help, including whether a custom build makes sense.
- There’s no exact quote on the call and no obligation. If there’s a fit, a tailored proposal review follows on a separate call.
Can this work with the software we already use?
Often, yes. We check what each tool allows first.
- Most businesses run on a mix of tools: a CRM or booking system, email, accounting software, documents and spreadsheets.
- We check what each tool allows — integrations, exports, user access — before recommending anything, and we tell you when something can’t be connected safely.
- Access is always granted through each tool’s own user invitations, never by sharing passwords.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on scope. Here’s how you’ll know before deciding.
- Price and timeline depend on the workflow, the tools involved and how much needs to be built, so we don’t quote on the audit call.
- If there’s a fit, you’ll see the scope, investment and timeline in a tailored proposal review on a separate call.
- Third-party or usage costs, such as AI model usage or software licences, are listed separately. Nothing starts until you approve a written scope and agreement.
What can AI handle, and where does our team stay involved?
What gets automated, and what stays with your people.
- AI can answer routine questions, collect details, draft emails and summaries, look things up in your documents and move information between tools.
- Your team keeps pricing, commitments to customers, judgement calls and approval of anything sent on your behalf.
- You review scripts, messages and rules before launch, and anything unclear is flagged for a person instead of guessed.
Bring one workflow you’d like to improve. A recent request, an open quote, or a task your office keeps repeating. No homework — and please leave passwords, payment details and customer records out of it.
